I sit down and turn the camera on and making sure my video is also on Im just about ready to record my first video for my team.
So I start recording. I see my audio is not working correctly. So I flub with that for a minute. Then I see my video is off balance. So I re align the camera. I start my recording. I flub the first sentence. Re-record Then about 45 seconds of solid recording time in before i flub again. Then 4 or 5 times in a row, I get tongue-tied and have to re-record before finally getting the promo completely recorded. At one point, in frustration, I cry out... "Why am I having such a problem with this!?" It was SO frustrating constantly screwing up. I felt like I would never get it down. But because I kept at it, I can hop on and do a live video for an hour without skipping a beat. The key? Being willing to screw it up enough times to get good. Keep doing it and it becomes second nature. It’s the same with just about anything you want to get good at.

I just received this email from Matt Morris and while reading it I had tears. Not sad tears but joyous tear that blessings were coming forward and I could see dreams starting to unveil. I have always thought the God I believe in is my rock and I work with him every day loving every spiritual moment with him. The best part of this is the questions mark asked are the questions each one of us helps us get to know why, where, what reasons for our life.. Bless you Matt with Love Elle
Matt Morris If you just joined my list in the past 24 hours, yesterday I shared how I decided to sit down at the beach with my journal and ask God some questions when I was at a very emotional point in my life... My Question to God: How can I hear the voice inside me? His answer: You already do. You just ignore it. Stop ignoring the voice. Stop pretending it’s not there. Stop denying it. Stop hiding. Stop holding back. When I "heard" that, I had to admit it was the truth. So many times something inside me would call me to do something and I would ignore that inner voice. I started thinking of times I had something telling me to make a phone call… buy someone’s dinner… reach out to a stranger… apologize to someone… and so many other things. But even though I felt called to do those things, I ignored it and moved on. What I’ve come to realize is that when you ignore your inner voice, your voice begins to mute itself because it doesn’t like being ignored. Since I’ve started paying attention and listening, suddenly the voice has become much louder. My lesson for this is… If you want to hear your inner voice, all you need to do is listen to it, TRUST it, and follow the path it leads you down. My Next Question to God: Why am I here? God’s Answer: What came back surprised me… To create magic. Magical happiness and love for myself, for my children, and for my family. To create magic in business. To help others create magical results. Magic is the unexpected. Magic is what most would never expect to be possible. You’re here to fulfill your purpose. My Next Question to God: God, what is my purpose? God’s Answer: To enjoy and give to others God’s gift of love and happiness. To make a positive impact in the lives of others. To create a legacy of love for my family and to lead men and women powerfully. My Next Question to God: God, how do I live with a strong sense of purpose daily? God’s Answer: LIVE your purpose daily. Do your purpose. You only lack a strong sense of purpose when you don’t DO your purpose. Feelings follow action. Stop looking for this elusive and mysterious purpose - you already have it. Lead. Be consistent and disciplined and you will feel your purpose come to life and expand even further. I have to admit, my "Questioning God" experience was surreal and almost hard to believe. Whether it was God speaking to me, or just my inner voice coming to life, it doesn’t really matter. By opening myself up and writing down whatever flowed, gave me exactly what I needed to hear. There were many other questions and answers that I may share another time. But what became glaringly obvious was that we already have the answers for every question. We simply must be willing to be still, listen, be open, and trust the voice. If this helped you, please let me know and consider sharing it with others. Lots of Love, Matt Morris I know Im my worst enemy, Lets choose to commit to ourselves being the ones to hold ownership10/24/2020 I had a friend message me yesterday asking for some advice.
In his message, he said, “I know I’m my worst enemy” which got me thinking… I’m glad he realizes that. But there’s an important message buried in that statement that needs clarification. Here’s a truth that I’ll recommend you lock into your mind forever… There is no enemy aside from ourselves. Holding on to any other belief is the equivalent of committing to living in victimhood. Consider this: It’s impossible to be victorious and a victim at the same time. You gotta choose one. For many, this is hard because it’s SO much easier to play the most popular game in the world… The blame game. The blame game is the most popular game in the world because it feels better for the ego to blame someone else than to take responsibility for your lack of success. Hold on because El Mateo here is about to offend the weak-minded who are committed to remaining a victim.
That acceptance of responsibility is what’s called POWER. You either choose to be powerful or you choose to be weak – you can’t choose both. If you commit to remaining a victim, you commit to being powerless. If you commit to total responsibility, you commit to power. Which will you choose? Lets choose to commit to ourselves being the ones to hold ownership Make their goal your goal.
When you sponsor someone, identify their goal. What is it they’re passionate about achieving? Once you identify their goal, let them know that their goal is now your goal as well. Write it down somewhere and reference it when you’re in communication with them. Remind them of their goal and help them stay accountable for achieving it. As your group grows and you develop higher-level leaders, I recommend always having 3 leaders you’re working with to help push to the next rank. (Which in many cases will help push you to your next rank.) By making their goal, your goal, this not only keeps them focused and accountable, it builds loyalty because they see that you actually care about them. This process typically causes them to work harder on achieving their goal than they would on their own. It builds loyalty and retention... ...And it helps duplicate leadership because it teaches them how to support their leaders. This is simple and easy to do. But, like most things... Easier not to do. If you don’t have 3 people you’re working with to help them achieve their goal, I’d recommend making some calls today and identifying some people to focus on! join my group and learn how to trade

Pretty much every day I have people reaching out to me on Facebook or Instagram asking what I do because they’ve seen one of my posts. It’s how I’ve been able to personally share with thousands... But there’s a cold, hard truth that I feel like I have to share. Most networkers will NEVER get in a position to have leads flowing to them. Which, frankly, is sad. Because it’s not that they can’t. It’s just that they won’t. The typical networker is what one of my influencers Marc Accetta calls "Insta-People" They want INSTANT results and if they don’t have leads coming to them every day immediately, they whine and complain and say "Social media doesn’t work". Despite the fact that it works for thousands of other network marketers. Here’s what these "Insta-people" lack… Consistency. You see, if you look at my Instagram or Facebook, you’ll notice my posting. It’s three words that have allowed me to influence others. Want to know what those 3 magic words are? Okay good. Here they are… EVERY DAMN DAY. Yup. I post every damn day. You see, social media is a war for attention and if you’re not posting every damn day, you’re losing the war. Now listen, everyone has different goals. Years ago I decided I was going to be one of the most popular influencers in the world in Network Marketing. Today. If you look across all social media channels, I’m posted in quite a few wordpress, instagram, facebook, weebly, twitter and more. If you don’t have those kind of aspirations, you can get away with not posting every damn day. But if you want to build a social media following and generate leads consistently, you’re going to have to post consistently. As with most things in life, if you want to succeed at the highest levels, it boils down to one important word that is the secret to most top performers success… CONSISTENCY. When you have a Social path, you never again have to wonder what to post. In fact, you can plan out an entire month's worth of posts in a couple of hours. Stay consistent, be consistent that's when people start trusting and believing in you... I met a gentlemen years ago through a network I was affiliated with and I will never forget his enthusiasm. We affectionately refer to him as Eric "Get Paid" Grzybowski. "Get Paid" became his tagline after an incredibly passionate speech he did in a packed out arena that perfectly describes how to make money in network marketing. This is the "overly" abbreviated version of his talk… "In the beginning, it’s frustrating because you have to put in so much work with so little return. It goes kind of like this… Work Work Work Work Work Work Get Paid Work Work Work Work Work Work Get Paid Work Work Work work Get Paid Work Work Work Get Paid Work Work Get Paid Work Work Get Paid Work Get Paid Work Get Paid Now imagine a crazy lunatic on stage yelling at the top of his lungs…and as you can see the less times saying work before getting paid...and when get paid is all that needs to be said... GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! Now the crowd starts yelling with him… GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID! GET PAID!" And the 15,000 capacity crowd goes wild as he exits the stage. I know it’s one of those "you kind of had to be there" moments and tough to convey in an email. But it perfectly illustrates the principle I’ve taught for 20 years. In the beginning, you’re paid very little for a lot of work. But if you’re willing to do that, it gets to the point where you’re getting paid very well for a lot of work. And if you’re willing to do that, it gets to the point where you’re getting paid enormously for very little work. Most fail and never get to that point because they’re not willing to go through the beginning stages of such little pay. And here’s the reality… The "work, work, work, work, work..." stage is much longer or much shorter based on your level of skill and ability. If you suck, you’ll be in the work stage for a very long time. If you develop mastery and learn how to generate leads, close sales, and duplicate your teams, you’ll greatly accelerate the time it takes to get to the Get Paid stage. I’ll tell you, the only reason I’ve been able to live in the Get Paid stage for so many years, is because I made a commitment to getting mastery in the skills it takes to become a top earner. Let me know if you would like to see yourself here. (Get Paid) Hit me up comment or leave your number in contacts. I’m running out for an all-day mastermind session but wanted to share what I think is THE single most powerful question you can ask when someone gives you the "I don’t have the money" objection.
But first… It’s important to validate the objection. So when a prospect says "I don’t have the money", you might say: "Tell me the truth. Is it really that you don’t have the money or is that just a polite way of saying no? Because I’m totally cool either way, I just want to help you." If they validate that they really don’t have the money, then you can confirm their desire: "So if you had the money, would you be getting started right now?" If the answer is yes, then comes the most powerful question: "Do you think you’re powerful enough to come up with the money in the next 24 hours?" Anyone who says no to that is probably not the person you’re looking for. I’ve closed SO many people with this question. Notice that I didn’t vomit all over the prospect with a long-winded sales pitch like most desperate network marketers. All I really did was ask 3 simple, yet crazy effective questions that work like gangbusters. I wish I could have learned just this one technique 25 years ago when I was getting started because my first 5 to 10 years, I lost hundreds of prospects not knowing how to effectively overcome objections. Expand thinking.
Sure I give you tactics and strategies here and there. But what will allow you to rise to one of the greatest leaders in our profession isn’t mastering the tactics. Yes, tactics are necessary... ...Which is why any good fast start training for new representatives should include basic how-to's. But tactics are the easy part. What’s hard is getting people to THINK differently. If you desire to become a powerful leader, and more importantly to create other powerful leaders, you must be able to expand their thinking. What do I mean by that? Expanding their level of belief in themselves Increasing their level of belief in others Boosting their level of belief in network marketing Raising their sense of purpose and significance Helping them identify why God put them on this planet How do you become masterful at expanding the thinking of others? Kinda simple actually… Expand your own thinking! MLM nothing mysterious about MLM success. Nope, piece of cake.
The Simple 5 taps the remarkable primal power with you and provides skills. 1 You are entitled to your opinion, you are not entitled to your “version” of the facts. Is what you are doing working beautifully for you? We all tend to defend what we are doing [even though the results are not there] when faced with new ideas. As you read how easy this is, notice if you drift into “yeah, but” or “my sponsor/upline says” or quote one of the liars talking about sponsoring 20 people a month. Remember the facts of your time in the business and current income… so you stay open minded. Step 2 Winners who are currently not winning are going to work now on 2021. Do you have a plan for the 4th quarter to alter your game and master it before January 1st? Step 3 Ditch all your ideas about what you need to be successful, to explode and manifest your dream. Leads? What to say? Social media? Compensation plan? Product? Company? Think any of those matter? They do not. The pied-pipers of prosperity what you to believe that so you’ll buy stuff… you don’t need any of it. What do you need here, at this Step 3? Knowledge or acknowledgement of where all success flows from… thought. Until it is right in your mind and framed with words correctly? You got no chance. Don’t feel bad, I had no chance till I got this part correct. And, let’s get real clear here, ok? I’m not talking about the nonsense stuff like “read your why until you cry”… no, none of that. There exists a no-fail-formula… it’s created more millionaires than all other books and formulas combined. And, it begins in the mind. It echos the illuminated ones across centuries… the ancestor of everything is thought. Step 4 Once the mind is right, we only do 5 things…
5. Teach the ones that say “yes” how to do the first 4 and do it hands on. THE FORMULA Hill, who wrote Think and Grow Rich, was laboring in obscurity until he met W.Clement Stone. Stone made hill rich and famous. And they wrote a few bucks, 2 classics together. Mr. Stone was my trainer back in 1971. It was from the great man [built the most successful and largest sales force in history. He gave me [and everyone in the class] 3 books. Think and Grow Rich, Success Through A Positive Mental Attitude and The Success System That Never Fails. When I was failing at MLM, I reached for T&GR and remembered Stone’s words… “These are not books, they are exercises.” I took it to heart and over a period of a year, extracted from those great books the formula, applied to MLM. The rest is history… success after success. Very simple formula that, for MLM with all my teams, we called, The Simple 5. You’ll learn it in November, master it in December and while everyone else is making feint attempts to get back to work in January… with their bogus resolution already broken, you will be in momentum. I’m also going to share with you why December is the best month of the year to recruit and will help you break records in December.
