A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which read, “I am blind, please help.”
There were only a few coins in the hat – spare change from folks as they hurried past. A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. Then he put the sign back in the boy’s hand so that everyone who walked by would see the new words. Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon, the man who had changed the sign returned to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, “Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?” The man said, “I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.” I wrote, “Today is a beautiful day, but I cannot see it.” Both signs spoke the truth. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind, while the second sign conveyed to everyone walking by how grateful they should be to see… When your life seems full of troubles, it seems difficult to maintain an attitude of gratitude, doesn’t it? All we see are our problems, like a blackened storm cloud casting a dark shadow over our lives. And the times when everything just seems to be going smoothly? We often take these precious moments for granted too, don’t we? Caught up in the bliss, comfort, and familiarity of it all, we can simply forget to be thankful. So what, then, is gratitude? Simply put, gratitude is a habit. It’s a way of looking at the world and all the good things in it with a feeling of appreciation, regardless of whether or not your current situation is to your liking. Gratitude is a heart-centered approach to being at peace with yourself and with all you have. When you practice this feeling of gratitude, it attracts even MORE things into your life for which to be grateful. Go ahead, try it out right now. What or who do you have in your life to be thankful for?

Thou Shall Remain Humble
No matter how good you are… No matter how much money you’re making… Quite possibly the single biggest enemy of success is your EGO. And if you’re saying to yourself, "Oh I don’t have an ego!", those are the exact same words every ego-maniac has uttered at some point. I’m known as a pretty humble woman. Those that have worked with me will hopefully attest to that. But I must admit, my ego has gotten the best of me on multiple occasions. Thankfully, I let me ego get out of hand early in my career and I was smart enough to learn from my mistakes. Here’s what I’ve discovered Remember this: The need for recognition is both a powerful weapon and a dangerous killer. Recognition, when given to others is a powerful weapon. Recognition, when you are so starved for it that you subconsciously hog it, it becomes a dangerous killer. just practice this concept which I learned from a former business partner and amazing trainer, Marc Accetta… Think of recognition like a hot potato… As soon as someone edifies you (tossing you the hot potato), toss it back to them or someone else as fast as possible. When my leaders or anyone for that matter edify and recognize me, I do my best to give them the credit. Knowing I am humble receiving the recognition. By staying humble and keeping your ego in check you create loyalty and trust. It may feel good to get recognition, but it should feel WAY better to you giving it away. There is an ever-growing body of knowledge about the nature and causes of happiness.
For one thing, it’s clear that happiness is a feeling, not a circumstance. Happiness is more than just fun or pleasure. It’s a more durable sense of well-being. Our happiness depends not on what happens to us, but what happens in us. In other words, it’s the way we choose to think about our lives. Abe Lincoln said, “People are generally about as happy as they’re willing to be.” A Buddhist proverb tells us that pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. So, what are the most common attributes of happy people? Well, it’s not money, fame, or good looks. It’s not even intelligence or talent. No, the two most important factors are gratitude and rewarding personal relationships. The formula is simple: count your blessings and enjoy your family and friends. Sadly, simple is not always easy. People whose natural instincts produce a gloomy outlook and pessimism need to re-train their minds. It’s one thing to say happiness is not getting what you want but wanting what you get; it’s quite another to really be satisfied with what we have. For many people, it takes discipline and practice to think positively. Sometimes it’s just a matter of changing one’s perspective, choosing to see and appreciate the silver lining, the half-full glass. In other cases, what’s required is refusing to dwell on pain, disappointment, or envy, and instead force one’s mind toward good thoughts, including all the things we should be grateful for. Interestingly, the ability to maintain a positive attitude is also important in forming and sustaining meaningful relationships – seeing and bringing out the best. In my experience, changing your self-image is the most important thing you can do to change your current reality.
Remember, you are using the same intellectual faculties that everyone else has. Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Bob Proctor … you have all of the advantages that they do. The difference is simply that they have a more powerful image of themselves than you do. But, with some practice, you can change yours to match what YOU want for your life. Visioneering or image-making is nothing new. You’ve done it all of your life. In fact, everything that has ever come into your life has come as a direct result of the image-making process. Just take a look at the results in your life to see if you’re using this powerful mental tool in the right way. Unfortunately, generally speaking, most people don’t use their imagination effectively. Instead of visualizing what they want, they almost always create an image of themselves that keeps them right where they are. You might think you already know all of this. But if you are not witnessing the good you desire in your own life, you simply do not understand the power—and in fact the necessity—of acting on these ideas. So get started today. Make the time right now to become very relaxed. Let creative energy fill your consciousness and then build an image in your mind of yourself living more abundantly. Now write a brief description of your image on a card. Begin your statement with, “I am so happy and grateful now that …” Carry your card in your pocket and read it at least twice a day, until the image fills your consciousness. I urge you to do this every day. Start seeing what is possible for you. I guarantee it will change your life. As you see the changes starting to occur, write to me and let me know the exciting things that are happening in your life. I look forward to hearing from you. To more and better, “Put your wallets back in your pockets. This has nothing to do with money or computers. It is a spiritual change that must take place, not a ‘hack’. “
Humanity is about to break free from the MatrixA war is being waged that will shape the future of human existence, and the world we leave for our children, according to Keanu Reeves, who says he is “quietly optimistic” about the future because “humanity is showing signs of breaking free from the matrix. “(break free from the Matrix) Keanu Reeves on the set of the new Super Bowl commercial for Squarespace, filmed in the Mojave Desert“The human race has been enslaved for thousands of years ,” Keanu Reeves said while filming in the Mojave Desert, explaining that “we have been kept in a mental prison by dark elites and secret societies who have done everything possible to repress us and avoid that we reach our potential. “ But Speed’s star, John Wick, or Matrix, who was filming scenes from a Super Bowl commercial, says the real-world ‘matrix’ is beginning to crack. “HUMANITY IS SHOWING SIGNS OF FREEDOM FROM THE MATRIX. WHAT A MOMENT TO BE ALIVE! WE ARE LIVING IN EXCITING TIMES. “ Explaining that he has been studying ancient texts, including the Vedanta and the Upanishads, and learning about the nature of reality, Keanu said: “Yes, of course, there are many people who are only interested in keeping up with the Kardashians, but a part significant population has been awakened. “(break free from the Matrix) “The most important thing is that a war is now being fought between our supreme teachers and those who want to liberate us.”(break free from the Matrix) What is the matrix?Keanu Reeves says that the matrix is a holographic universe projected by those who wish to control us. Mankind has been repressed and controlled in this way for millennia. We believe that it is real, but in reality it is only a film that is reproduced in the collective consciousness, which presents itself as “reality”. Keanu Reeves is not alone in believing that humanity has been living in a ‘matrix’ for thousands of years. Some of the richest and most influential people in the world are convinced that we live in a computer simulation. At least two of Silicon Valley’s technological billionaires are investing money in efforts to get humans out of the simulation they think we’re living.(break free from the Matrix) Elon Musk believes that the chances of us not living in a matrix-like computer simulation are “billions to one.” Here below an interview, in English, in which he talks about this topic. “Many people in Silicon Valley have become obsessed with the simulation hypothesis, the argument that what we experience as reality is actually made in a computer,” writes Tad Friend of ‘The New Yorker’. “Two billionaires of technology have gone so far as to secretly involve scientists to work on getting us out of the simulation.” But Keanu Reeves believes that the guys in Silicon Valley have something wrong with getting rid of the matrix. He has a tip for the technology billionaires. “Put your wallets back in your pockets. This has nothing to do with money or computers. It is a spiritual change that must take place, not a ‘hack’. “ According to Keanu, that spiritual change is taking place. People are tired of unnecessary wars, totalitarian leadership and authoritarian control. People are awakening to what is really important in life.(break free from the Matrix) “I think people were really scared that the world ended, you know, very recently. I just felt that things had gotten out of control. We lost all hope of being able to save ourselves from the dark forces of the world. But just open your eyes for a minute and look around at what is happening. It’s amazing. People like Trump are lifting the veil in an amazing network of interconnected manipulation. “ “In a way, it is allowing humanity to wake up from its lethargy and see that the same few people, the same secret societies, the New World Order, are actively controlling our lives and repressing our true ability.” “It is time to recover our infinite power and open the doors of the mental prison that have motivated us to build ourselves. It’s not easy to do, but it’s time to walk into the light of freedom. “ Why in the world, when success is available to everyone, do so few succeed? To the vast majority of managers, teachers and parents, this is one of the most perplexing questions with which they can be confronted.
Many will tell you it is a rhetorical question – there is no answer. However, that is just not so. There is an answer and I want to share it with you. Perhaps you have already heard the answer. Albert E. N. Gray delivered it in a speech years ago in Philadelphia. The speech was titled, The Common Denominator of Success. Mr. Gray explained that success is something achieved by the minority of men and women, it is therefore unusual, and not to be achieved by following our usual likes and dislikes, nor by being guided by our natural preferences and prejudices. In other words, success cannot be achieved by doing what comes naturally. Gray said the common denominator of success is in forming the habit of doing things that failures don’t like to do. Let me repeat, successful people form the habit of doing things failures don’t like to do. Mr. Gray was asked why the successful people like doing the things that make them successful. He replied that the beautiful truth is, successful people don’t like doing these things, which is precisely why they have formed the habit of doing them. A habit is something you do without any conscious thought given… you automatically do it. Successful people are influenced by the desire for pleasing results. Failures are influenced by the desire for pleasing activities. They are inclined to be satisfied with such results as can be obtained by doing things they like to do. Make a list of six activities you know will give you the success you seek. Commit to do these things religiously for thirty days and they will become habitual. Then, as William James put it, you will wake up one fine day to find you are one of the competent ones of your generation. Paradigms — what are they? Is it a buzzword for the information age? It very well may be, but it’s one you need to seriously consider. Because if you’re like most people, paradigms are controlling every move you make.
Paradigms are a multitude of habits that guide every move you make. They affect the way you eat, the way you walk, even the way you talk. They govern your communication, your work habits, your successes and your failures. For the most part, your paradigms didn’t originate with you. They’re the accumulated inheritance of other people’s habits, opinions, and belief systems. Yet they remain the guiding force in YOUR life. Negative and faulty paradigms are why ninety-some percent of the population keeps getting the same results, year in and year out. What about you? Is success slipping through your fingers? Do you feel like you’re doing all the right things to achieve your goals and get to where you want to be in life, but still can’t seem to get there? Do you see people with more money, more success, more happiness than you have and think, “What am I doing wrong?” I can tell you right now that the problem isn’t you. It’s your paradigms. If you want to change your results — really change them, forever — shifting your paradigms is the only way to do it. When that shift happens, everything becomes different… just like THAT. In order to replace an old paradigm that doesn’t serve you (i.e., “I’ve never been able to make more than $40,000 a year), you must lay a new paradigm over that old one, ensuring that it’s sealed from “leaking through” again. When you understand how to lay this floor, so to speak, you will expose yourself to a brand new world of power, possibility and promise. Think of the areas in your life that money affects. Imagine shifting your paradigm there to substantially increase your income before year’s end. Or maybe you have difficulty meeting people. Altering the paradigm so that it’s easy and enjoyable to meet people could have an incredible impact on your life. These are just two examples of hundreds of paradigm shifts that could be done in your life today. Remember: there will be no permanent change in your life until the paradigm has been changed. Choose one or two limiting ideas that are part of your paradigm and replace them with ideas that represent freedom to you. Consciously keep those new thoughts in your head, and act as if those thoughts are already embedded in the foundation of your life. Before you know it, your life will begin to change — dramatically! You gotta know what you’re good at.
Which brings me to what I want to share with you today… Get good at something worth getting good at. You see, the reason most people are not wealthy isn’t because they’re not good at what they do. It’s the simple fact that they’re good at something that doesn’t give them the opportunity to be wealthy. The last job I ever had was as a publisher for The Examiner Publication online from age 40-51. It was very enduring being able to share the word of God with others. I also shared my own beliefs when it came to the verses I would share and had quite the following. It was nice because the following I had would communicate on their beliefs as well and it helped us all grow closer to Christ. The only problem I found was the money was hard to accumulate because getting paid off clicks really did not work that well back then. The Examiner closed its publication. But no matter how good I was, I had zero chance of becoming a millionaire as a publisher online. I realized I was good at sharing the word but had to find another way to build a nest egg. Same with most jobs out there… It doesn’t matter much how good you are, it’s very hard, if not impossible, to become a millionaire doing it. Thankfully, I had been working my network marketing business in Trading Currency as well as Trading myself on the side and was super focused on getting good because here’s what I knew… Even though network marketing is much more challenging to get really good… if I did it, it gave me the opportunity to get wealthy because I have something anyone can make a good living at trading currency. Trading is a trade to learn and once learned the sky is the limit. with everything going on today we have no idea what is going to happen next but there is one thing for certain Money will change its effects. We don’t know the exact time this change in how money works is going to happen but why not prepare for the change before it happens this time. Look into (IPO). Also to learn more go to my group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/750684725671806 and join I still do publish on Gods word through https://ellesblogsite.wordpress.com/ everyday just now its for the reason it has always been meant to be for and that is to serve Gods wonder without anything in return but for the Glory of others. If you want to be wealthy, you’ve got to get good at something WORTH getting good at. If you want to be wealthy, you’ve got to work hard at something WORTH working hard at. And listen, I knew money wasn’t everything - but I wanted to at least find out for myself! I’m glad I found out Recently a lady told me she felt stuck. That’s a pretty common feeling, so let’s talk about how to get unstuck.
If you have a dream that you are struggling to execute, start by increasing your awareness. You see, right now the dream is weak because it’s only in your conscious mind. It’s like a little sapling that has just been planted in the ground. Somebody can come along with two fingers and pull it right out of the ground. But if it were a strong tree with deep roots, they’d need a bulldozer. So you have to give your dream deeper roots by also planting it in your subconscious mind, which is equivalent to planting it in your heart. But before you do that, you must be aware of two things… First, you already have something planted in your heart: . You were born with it, and it is like a weed that has grown over the course of your life. And this weed will overpower your dream IF YOU LET IT. And secondly, you’ve got to make sure that your dream is something you really want! If it’s just something you think you can do, but you’re not really excited about it, you’re going to have a hard time focusing on it. Think about it. You don’t have a hard time focusing on something you really want. Do you remember the first time you fell in love? My God! Every place you looked that person would be in your mind. You would look at your potatoes and there they were! ‘In love’ means ‘in harmony with.’ That’s the way you’ve got to be with your dream. You’ve got to fall in love with it! Now, to give your dream deeper roots, you have to make up your mind that there’s no way you’re going to let anything overpower it. You’ve got to say, “This is NOT going to happen! Not this time. I’m going to keep building my dream and I’m going to overpower it. I’m going to change the thought into the dream.” Then, you do some work every day. You visualize, write your dream on your goal card and read it with feeling several times a day, and see yourself as already having the goal. When your discipline starts to dissipate, say, “No way! I am not going to permit that to happen. This is not going to remain a wish. I am not going to permit this dream to die anymore.” When you make up your mind that you’re not going to let circumstances derail you, the whole world shifts… The work stops feeling like work because you’re doing what you love. And you move into a state of mastery. You learn how to master your emotions and take control of yourself. You learn how to build a concept, plan and respond to all the nonsense that’s going on. In other words, you learn how to think and how to execute your plan. After you’ve done it once, you’ll know that you can do it over and over again. You’ll know that when you hold the right vision, you’re on a winning path where there is no stuck. So if you’re feeling stuck, it’s YOU that is stuck. It’s not the conditions or circumstances. It’s not other people. It’s not the system. It’s not your bank account. You are the only problem you will ever have and you are the only solution. Listen, this is your life and you’re the only one who can change it. So make a stand for yourself and your dream right here, right now. Surely, you’ve heard the advice to “step out of your comfort zone.”
But what does that I mean? And is it even a good idea? The truth is comfort zones are more complicated than most people think. Ask any average Joe on the street what a comfort zone is, and he’ll tell you it’s “the way you’re used to doing things.” Or “it’s a state where you feel in control and familiar with what’s going on.” A psychologist may say our comfort zone is a space where our behaviors and activities fit a routine and pattern that minimizes our stress and perception of risk. Doing familiar things and having routines gives us a sense of mental security, so we tend to spend most of our time in our comfort zone. However, that doesn’t mean our lives are always the same… Comfort Zones Are Not StaticEveryone has a comfort zone. However, it’s different for each one of us. And our comfort zone changes over time as our thoughts, actions, experiences, skillsets, and goals evolve. For the most part, leaving our comfort zone doesn’t present an actual threat to us. Rather, it’s what we perceive as threatening, such as speaking in public or being in the dark. Or it could be any time you go to make a significant change in lifestyle, or you are setting a goal that results in you skipping a couple of rungs on the ladder of success. You would expect that over time your comfort zone will expand as you learn, grow, and have more life experience. However, the opposite can be true. For example, if you keep having the same or similar experiences, your comfort zone can shrink if you aren’t training or preparing yourself for the experience. The same thing happens to your muscles when you stop training them; they begin to atrophy. Is It a Good Idea to Step Out of Your Comfort Zone?Since you’re already reasonably comfortable in life, why would you want to change that? Why introduce stress? First, you’ve got to realize stress is not always bad for you. Feeling dissatisfied is often a healthy stress that can be a catalyst for growth. It can provide you with powerful motivation that moves you forward to action. If you step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself, you’ll grow and take on new risks. Being unwilling to take risks is like saying you’re okay with settling for “good enough.” But you weren’t designed for “good enough.” You were born to grow and pursue greater and greater accomplishments. “Good enough” means you’re turning your back on a future that is so much better than anything you can imagine right now. So, the next time you come across a new idea or opportunity, ask yourself this: “Will this new idea improve the direction of my life? Is it positive? Creative? Constructive?” If the answer is “yes,” it’s a good idea to step out of your comfort zone. You’re More Capable Than You ThinkAlways remember, you have deep reservoirs of talent and ability. You can draw those abilities to the surface and shift toward greater prosperity when you move beyond your current comfort zone. Not only that, but you’ll be opening your subconscious mind. That makes it easier to see the possibilities in things that other people call pipe dreams. After all, one person’s pipe dream could be your path to true life satisfaction. If moving beyond your comfort zone will likely make you slightly uncomfortable, or maybe wholly uncomfortable. However, it’s what pushes you to achieve goals that once seemed unreachable and to make your life far more rewarding. Your Thoughts?Like all things, a comfort zone can be both a good and a bad thing. However, staying locked in it indefinitely will not allow you to be who you are capable of being. And, most certainly, your big dreams and goals won’t come to pass because you need to stretch to reach them, and you can’t do that from your comfort zone. We’re going to be talking about comfort zones a lot this month, so I’d love to hear from you… Do you think people should sometimes stay in their comfort zone, or should they push at the boundaries of their comfort zone relentlessly?
